Personal care raw material exhibition "In-Cosmetics Korea 2021".

The 2021 In-Cosmetics Korea, an exhibition of raw materials for cosmetics, was held at COEX C Hall in Samseong-dong, Seoul, for three days from July 14 to 16.

In-Cosmetics, which holds a series of global exhibitions every year around the world, including North America, Latin America, and Asia, presented the first event in Korea this year.

It was held for the first time in about two years as it was postponed to July this year due to COVID-19. Many beauty officials showed interest in that they can check the texture and color of new raw materials, hold meetings with raw materials in person, and identify trends through various educational programs.

According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, despite the aftermath of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), cosmetics exports reached $7.569 billion last year, the highest ever. Amid accelerating preference for K-beauty around the world, we were able to meet the most innovative cosmetic ingredients released in Korea and check the technology in person.

"Technical Seminar" is a technology seminar hosted by a raw material company and is designed to provide inspiration for the development of new products by sharing innovative ideas on personal care ingredients information and concepts. World-famous raw material suppliers such as Activon, Spec-Chem, and Cargill participated as speakers, dealing with leading technologies and sharing expertise.
