2021 World Pharmaceutical Industry Exhibition.
The World Pharmaceutical Industry Exhibition, held at COEX D Hall from October 11 to 13, was held offline and online at the same time due to COVID-19. A total of 81 companies from 10 countries, from startups to major pharmaceutical companies, attended the pharmaceutical health functional food industry.
Marking its seventh anniversary this year, CPhl (pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediate and finished drugs), ICSE (consignment services and outsourcing), P-MEC (pharmaceutical facilities and devices), bioLIVE (biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology), and Hi (health functional raw materials) were displayed.
Products related to drugs effective for menopausal women, cosmetics raw materials made using substances extracted from ginseng, steam sterilization devices, and pharmaceuticals were found. In fact, not only pharmaceutical companies but also pharmaceutical device-related companies attended.
On the 11th, a briefing session on strategies for entry into developing countries hosted by the Indonesia Investment Coordination Office in Korea and a customized consultation session between companies hosted by CAIQTEST KOREA were held. On the 12th, seminars were held under the theme of nano-grinding and distributed technology trends seminars, turmeric compositions for preventing and treating liver function, and anti-obesity effects of beta-original grain extracts.
On the 13th, a seminar was held on the theme of customized media and processes for manufacturing biopharmaceuticals/biosimilars and the best way to access the European pharmaceutical bio market.
Conferences related to vaccines, health foods, biohealth industries, and health functional foods were held simultaneously during the exhibition.
